About the event
This is popular, so all paddlers MUST sign up in advance for the Swartz Socials, (through https://pacifica-paddle-sports.checkfront.com/reserve/?category_id=16 ) as we have limited spaces available, even for those bringing their own boat. All kayaks must be sea worthy - must have sealed bulkheads, and be at least 13' long.
This is not a lesson or tour, but a casual group of people who paddle regularly. It is led by certified guides/ Instructors, who provide a safety net. We recommend this social for regular paddlers, not first timers. If you are brand new to kayaking or paddleboarding, we'd love to welcome you in one of our lessons, or a small tour group.
We want to be prompt with starting the social, so please arrive 15-20 minutes early, or 20-25 minutes if you have your own kayak to unload from the car. April on water at 6:00, May - August on water…
