Ocean Yoga in Brentwood Bay

We are excited to offer Ocean Yoga in the summer months (June, July and August) at our Brentwood Bay location. Get away from you daily grind and immerse yourself in beautiful mother nature! Feel renewed and rejuvenated after a 1.5 hour yoga session on a paddle board- Let the board be your mat and feel the experience of being one with the water, trees, birds, and sky.

As both a Stott trained and Yogalates trained Pilates instructor, Kara Sorensen, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), offers gentle SUP classes that lengthen and strengthen the body and increase the body's core stability. Through thoughtful sequencing, exercises occur in all planes of movement and therefore aid in back care. Alignment and form are encouraged as a means to developing good posture and proper body mechanics. Designed to suit both the novice & the experienced, Kara's classes welcome all persons.
