As both a Stott trained and Yogalates trained Pilates instructor, Kara Sorensen, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), offers gentle SUP classes that lengthen and strengthen the body and increase the body's core stability. Through thoughtful sequencing, exercises occur in all planes of movement and therefore aid in back care. Alignment and form are encouraged as a means to developing good posture and proper body mechanics. Designed to suit both the novice & the experienced, Kara's classes welcome all persons.
