Our SUP fitness classes are led by sisters Kara and Cedar Sorensen from Retreats in Being. Kara and Cedar offer yoga and wellness retreats for adults in their home town of Victoria BC, and in Mexico, Bali, and Costa Rica. Cedar is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Aletheia Transformational Breathwork Facilitator. Kara is a Registered Massage Therapist, Pilates and yoga instructor, AiChi teacher and Janzu Aquatic therapist.
