Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga 
Spend 1 hour on the water relaxing and expanding your mind and body with SUP Yoga.

Stand Up Paddle Board Pilates
Pilates on the SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard), takes some of the simple Pilates mat exercises to the board and onto the water.  

Tuesdays at 6:00 Pm

 Our SUP fitness classes are led by sisters Kara and Cedar Sorensen from Retreats in Being. Kara and Cedar offer yoga and wellness retreats for adults in their home town of Victoria BC, and in Mexico, Bali, and Costa Rica.  Cedar is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Aletheia Transformational Breathwork Facilitator.  Kara is a Registered Massage Therapist, Pilates and yoga instructor, AiChi teacher and Janzu Aquatic therapist.
