Brentwood Bay Tours

Did you know the Saanich Inlet is one of the most studied sections of ocean on the west coast? It's a unique aquatic environment that's been studied for many years. Studies and equipment used here have revolutionized the way ocean research is conducted.

Did you know Tod Inlet is home to bioluminescent creatures? Check out this magical place on a glow tour! We offer Glow Tours every Friday and Saturday night, May- September. Bring your partner, family, or staff party for an incredible experience!

Guided tours are one of our specialties! Our experienced and knowledgeable guides will lead you to distinctive locations around Victoria. We use only high quality, well maintained gear, and ensure that each customer is fitted to the most comfortable and efficient boat. Our sea kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and canoes offer a unique perspective of our coastal shorelines, with access to destinations that larger boats can’t reach. Whether you're a first-time visitor to the island or a local resident, there's plenty to see and experience above and below the water!

Have a large group? With our unique launching ramp, we can launch 10 kayaks or paddle boards at once! Getting your group out on the water to enjoy some paddling is very easy. Contact us to discuss your plans, receive a quote and book your next tour or group event!

Important: Payment for tours is required at time of booking. If you are unable to make your tour date/time, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. You will be given the option to re-schedule your tour for another date in the same calendar year. If we do not receive 48 hours notice of a change or cancellation, the entire tour fee is non-refundable. Refunds will only be given if we are unable to re-schedule or if a tour is cancelled by us due to weather conditions that are deemed unsafe by our guides.

Depending on the time of year, weather conditions, participant skill level, and tour group size - couples or pairs may be assigned to a double kayak (kayak tours only). Double kayaks are incredibly stable and a great option for tours, as you have the freedom to take turns paddling while enjoying the scenery, viewing wildlife, and taking pictures.
